Airfare

Flights for March are now available! Book your flights into Honolulu International Airport (HNL). We recommend Hawaiian Airlines when available for the best customer service and experience, but most domestic airlines offer both nonstop and stopover routes to Honolulu.

Travel Tip: Always remember to check for airline mileage deals and credit card transfer promotions.

🌞
From the West Coast

Most major airports on the west coast offer nonstop flights to HNL — sometimes as low as $350, but average $400-$600. You may occasionally find deals with layovers on other islands.

Transit

How to get around the island.

🚗
Car Rentals

We highly recommend renting a car to be able to see the island, especially if this is your first time visiting O'ahu! Reservations for car rentals can conveniently be picked up at the rental center directly across from baggage claim at HNL airport.

Remember to be mindful of your belongings as you would in any other major city and don't leave valuables in your car.

🚕
Taxis & Rideshares

Taxis, Uber and Lyft are all available on O'ahu and are not difficult to call from Waikiki, but are rarer in more residential areas like Kapolei and near our wedding venue.

We'll be providing a shuttle to-and-from Waikiki on our wedding day, but please reach out if you need assistance with alternate modes of transportation.

🚌
Public Transit

O'ahu has an efficient and well-connected public transportation system, known as "TheBus" that covers various routes across the island. While it may take a bit longer compared to private transportation, it's a budget-friendly option for getting around.
